All Project Types

1) Project boundary Area.
2) Letter from company includes:
  a) NOC Request.
  b) Type of work to be accomplised.
  c) Contact numbers.

-DUSUP:-All NOC applications shall be undertaken via the RTA's eNOC System only.
-All Construction NOC drawings and As-built drawings shall be in the approved for construction stage, stamped and signed by the project consultant or the client.
-The drawings submitted in the E-NOC System must have two directories: PDF & AutoCAD. All electronic copies of drawings shall be named same as the drawing number & all associated X-reference files shall be bounded to it. There should be only one drawing file for a drawing.
-The Location Plan / Layout drawing must be prepared using DLTM coordinates datum and elevations must be shown as per Dubai Municipality elevation datum.
-Separate NOC request may be required for each work location, if the work is located in the different part of corridor or area.
-Separate Construction NOC request to be submitted for each NDRC/Trenchless Crossings.
DUSUP NOC Conditions and Guidelines shall be followed for design (https://www.dusup.ae/noc ).

Roads Projects

-Key plan showing the project location.

-Two way Pipeline Patrolling Access approved by concerned authorities (Final NOC submission).
-Safe access to pipeline(s) within the interchange loop.
-Cross Section drawings showing the existing condition and proposed work(at each locations covering all types of road sections including bridge, ramp/embankments with soil wall or slope or other types).
-Any bridge foundations/pile caps within the RTA ROW & DUSUP corridor interface area (if unavoidable) to be lowered minimum 1.0 meter below lowest pipeline in the corridor.
-Pipeline overburden study (if applicable) for the road ramp backfill over the pipeline(s).

-Crash barriers at pipeline crossings and parallel sections.
-Design information and drawings for DUSUP to carry out a review of stray current calculations and stray current protection systems from a consultant.
-Proposal to install coupons, reference electrodes and test boxes as per DUSUP requirements /specifications in the vicinity of the crossings for monitoring stray currents.
-A HAZID analysis for the tunnelling process (if applicable) with respect to existing hydrocarbon pipelines to be carried out and a preliminary copy of HAZID analysis must be included in Final Design NOC submission.
-Proposal to measure the vibration levels on DUSUP pipelines during commissioning of the metro lines. The vibration levels shall be measured for worst case scenarios. After measurement, if any mitigation is required then applicant must carry out mitigation measures as recommended. The vibration levels (peak particle velocity) must be less than 40 mm/s.

-No barges or marine traffic including jack-up equipment may encroach within 300 meters of the FSRU-Explorer or any supply ships associated with DUSUP LNG operations which may be docked next to the FSRU-Explorer.
-Existing marker buoys which delineate the 300 meter exclusion zone from the FSRU-Explorer and all Dubai Ports World Marine Compliance Procedures must be fully adhered to thus ensuring there is no encroachment into the 300 meter exclusion zone.
-Marker buoys or other forms of visible flotation devices must be positioned along the route of the DUSUP & DPE subsea pipelines in the area of work to clearly delineate the route of the pipeline.
