Dear eNOC customers - Please note that starting from 28th January 2024, Traffic Department may collect Design Review fees (if applicable) when applying for a Final Design NOC where the project type is Community Access Roads (Entry & Exit) and the TIS associated with the Final Design NOC is Level 1.

Dear eNOC customers - Please note that starting from 28th January 2024, Parcel Number will have to be provided while applying an NOC for the below Project types:
• Building (Development or special cases)
• Building external paving/Access (Development or special cases)
• DEWA-LV < 300m
• DEWA-WD/H.C.
• DEWA-WD/H.C. < 300m
• DU - House Connection
• DU- House Connection<= 300
• ETC- House Connection
• ETC- House Connection<= 300
• Gate Level for Developer Area
• Gate Level For DM
• Irrigation –House Connection
• RTA–Balconies, Building Projections and Terraces in ROW
• Sewerage/Drainage – House Connection
• Shoring (Development or special cases)

Dear eNOC customers - Please note that starting from 28th January 2024, you will be required to provide a valid TIS number while applying for a Final Design NOC where the project type is Development Projects.

Dear eNOC customers - Please note that starting from 28th January 2024, you can define your project boundary (Work Area) by importing a shape file directly to the eNOC System. This will help in defining an accurate work area.

Dear eNOC customers - Please note that starting from 04th January 2024 Roads & Facilities Maintenance Department related Fees/Deposits will be collected via eNOC System for the below NOC Types (if applicable)
1-Construction NOC
2-Power supply from the existing street lighting network NOC
3-Removal/relocation of Traffic/Information signs/ Fence/ Bollard / Guard rail
4-Removal/Reallocation of Street Lighting & Traffic Systems
5-Removal/Reallocation of Tiles & Asphalt Cutting

Dear eNOC Customers - We are glad to inform you that starting from 17-July-2023 you will be able to request for Refund of Deposit through eNOC System for deposits that were collected via cash, credit cards or bank transfer only, while the refund for deposits that were collected via bank guarantee option will be available later this year. Please note that request for refund would be allowed only if the NOC is expired.

Dear Customers - We are pleased to announce that you can upload as many documents as possible to your application. With this feature you have unlimited size for the documents uploaded during whole application approval cycle. However, do note that any single document cannot exceed 60 MB in size.

Dear Customer: Kindly be informed that starting from 20th May 2023, you can request a meeting with the processor of any department whoever working on your "In Process" NOCs through the eNOC system. You can request for telephone call or face to face meeting or MS Team meeting. However, kindly note that the MS Teams meeting can be requested for RTA departments only at the moment.

Dear eNOC customers, we are glad to inform you that starting from 01-July-2022 the NOCs can be revalidated from 6 weeks of the NOC certificate expiry.

Dear Customer: Kindly be informed that starting from 30-April-2022, all companies having RTA Rail ROW fines exceeding 30 days will not be allowed to apply for any new NOC application or receive an approved NOC application until the outstanding fines are cleared. Dear eNOC customers, we are glad to inform you that starting from 20-April-2022 all applicants will be able to apply for “Manhole/Chamber cover level & utility profiles” NOC through eNOC system under the category of 'Others' on the main page. That will allow to obtain the Manhole/Chamber cover level & utility profiles NOC approval from Roads department only.

Dear E-NOC Customers: You can now upload up to 600 MB size of documents for each NOC, this size includes all documents uploaded during whole NOC approval cycle, however a single document cannot be more than 60 MB in size.

Dear eNOC customers, we are glad to inform you that starting from 11-June-2021 all applicants will be able to pay the design review and supervision fees electronically through eNOC system.

Dear eNOC customers, we are glad to inform you that starting from 11-June-2021 all consultants will be able to apply for “Pre-Final Design NOC for Development Projects / Community Access” through eNOC system, under the category of the Design application on the main page. That will allow all consultants to obtain the Pre-final design approval from following RTA departments only ( Roads Dept, Traffic Dept and ROW Dept), prior to proceed with the final design NOC submission.

Dear eNOC customers, we are glad to inform you that the video conference tool had been activated for all RTA departments in eNOC system since 11 March 2021 to hold virtual meetings with applicants through MS teams.

Dear eNOC customers, we are glad to inform you that starting from 08-11-2020 the video conference tool will be available in eNOC system to hold virtual meetings with applicants. Note that this tool will be active for ROW Department team at present, while other departments will be able to use video conference in later stage.

Dear E-NOC Customers: You can now upload up to 500MB size of documents for each NOC, this size includes all documents uploaded during whole NOC approval cycle, however a single document cannot be more than 60MB in size.

Dear NOC Applicants, Please be informed that DUSUP has joined RTA eNOC system as part of approvers, please make sure to answer the question related to DUSUP on the list of Questionnaire to avoid any delay in issuing the final NOC.

Dear E-NOC Customers: You can now upload up to 200MB size of documents for each NOC, this size includes all documents uploaded during whole NOC approval cycle, however a single document cannot be more than 60MB in size.

Dear Customer: Kindly be informed that starting from 1st April 2019 all companies having RTA ROW fines exceed 30 days will not be allowed to apply for new NOC applications until clearing outstanding fines

Dear E-NOC Customers: You can now upload up to 150MB size of documents for each NOC, this size includes all documents uploaded during whole NOC approval cycle, however a single document cannot be more than 60MB in size.

Dear eNOC customers, Kindly be informed that the Infrastructure works related to building projects under DM jurisdiction (Shoring- External paving- Temporary Fence), should be submitted via Dubai Building Permit System only. Dear eNOC customers, You can now apply Permit for utilizing RTA spare ducts using the eNOC system. This permit is available as a new NOC type under the “Others” category. For further details kindly contact Eng. Saeed Heshmat on 042904983.
